Default problem with vats

I wrecked my car a while back so I bought a roller body and swapped my motor and pcm to the good body. I even swapped the old steering column. The original key works because I'm using the original steering column but I'm having issues with vats. I don't want to disable or bypass vats. Is there a part I can change that controls the vats value on the key or can I find a way to know the new vats key value and cut new keys. I suppose my last option would be to buy all 15 values for vats keys get them all cut and see which one works.

Why not disable it, and get a better security system?
VATS=PITA IMHO

The old wrecked car was a 1995, the new roller body is a 1993.

I think I remember seeing the BCM by the blower motor, behind the glove box. Can you confirm?

You don't have a BCM, then. That is why I asked what year. BCMs started in 96. The TDM (Theft Deterrent Module) is located under the RH side of the dash, to the right of the radio, attached to the air bag bracket.
