If you ruled out head gaskets, then it's condensation from the engine. Are you running a cooler thermostat in cool temps because the engine may not be reaching proper engine temperature, therefore, creating the condensation.

Should disappear once engine reaches normal operating temps...

Ive had a couple of cars with the same thing. My 454 suburban looks JUST like that, and has a cooler thermostat. Lots of short trips make it worse. A couple of towing stints and it heats up REAL good and goes away for the most part. Hope this helps, Eric L

Mine has a little on the cap but its not that bad. My oil looks fine though. I'm running a 160* thermostat.

If its just under the cap It's probably condensation. If all of the oil looks like that then there is most likely a head gasket problem. Clean it up god and keep checking it. It should take some time to look like that again.

Or just look at the oil on the dip stick, If you have that much water it would be milky on that as well

It's condensation from starting the car and not driving it. If you are not going to drive the car stop starting it every other day. That is the worst thing you can do to an engine. It won't hurt it to sit until you fix it, if you want you can wrench the engine over once in a while to keep the valve springs from taking a set.

A $20 oil analysis will tell you. Don't drive it like that til you knowb its not coolant. You could wipe a bearing
