please help! steam pipe question

Question please help! steam pipe question

hi everyone i have a question the coolant bypass steampipe on the back the heads i bought my 94 z28 with a blown head gasket i fixed that now i want to make sure i put everything in the correct spot i know where everything goes except the steampipe hose where does that connect to ? i just want to make sure i put everything in the proper place any help is greatly appreciated

Which end are you having trouble with?

The heads end should be pretty obvious the other end we would like to know if you want it purely stock or if you would like a few extra HP by rerouting it away from the TB?

FWIW sometimes those washers can leak after you remove the steam pipe a few times. People have used oil drain plug washers as a substitute if you get in a bind.

AC system seals also work if the parts store doesn't have enough oil plug seals in stock. Last time I went they had 3 of the oil ones....................

thanks for all the input i found direct replacements for the washers at summitracing.com and thanks shbox for that diagram
