Brakes issues

So recently i just bought some zr1s for the car and this started to happen the day after i got the wheels. Everytime i wanna slow down i have no preasure i have to push all the way down in orser for it to slw down and ive almost crashed the other day. I havent driven the car since then. What should i do first?

Check your brake fluid level and your brake lines for kinks or ruptures for starters.

Check your rubber brake lines. Sounds like you may have a leak. Perhaps one of the wheels is making contact on one of the lines.

Yes, all of the above but it sounds to me like the booster is where to start looking. If you had a line leak, the pedal would drop to the floor with almost no effort. But for Pete's sake, don't drive this car until you find & fix the problem.
