Nope....less than .1 improvement in 1/4 mile ET. LT1's do not have a waterpump driven by the accessory belt....which is why the gains are so low compared to a mustang or some other application with a belt driven WP. Don't waste your $$..you would probably end up with battery charging issues anyway. For a cheap mod that actually picks up HP, just get mail order tune from PCM for less.

Underdrive pulleys really only benefit L98s and Ls1s since the pulleys on those are HUGE......
Your money is better spent elsewhere to be honest.

I would only recommend the ASP 945103 set with the light weight dampner.

The previous owner of my car installed a set. Just changed an alternator and removed them. My car feels no slower.

I wouldn't put a tb on it if it is just a bolt on car. The stock one flows plenty good till you are making some serious hp. What are your goals with the car?

You don't need a bigger throttle body yet. The GMPP crate 502 EFI engine making over 500 horsepower uses the same 48mm throttle body that you have. A set of headers and a good exhaust will be a lot more beneficial and as you keep modding you'll need the exhaust eventually anyways.

Gears and a stall if your on a auto tranny. headers, CAI, tune.


Underdrive pullies, airfoil, programmer and other snakeoil are a waste of cash.


You can get a good nitrous tune and a 100 wet shot for the same price and make some real horsepower.
