Default ARP Intake Bolts

Anyone have a part number for the ARP bolts that fit the LT1 intake. Heard you can use traditional sbc bolts but I just want to make sure before I buy anything...

ARP does not list a set for the LT1. I think you're gonna have to stay stock.

You can use the standard ARP SBC intake bolts 134-2001. They are a little shorter and you'll still need to reuse a few factory studs depending on what you delete.

Installed a set last week.

BBC intake bolts work too. They're just standard 3/8"x16 bolts. The stud comment above still applies.

What do you mean "depending on what you delete?"

There are studs on the left and right side of the intake; I think its 3 and 3. If you delete Air/EGR you don't have to reuse studs on the driver’s side. The back passenger side uses a stud that does not have to go back in either. The only two studs I reused were for the alternator bracket and the purge valve bracket. Hope that clears it up.

Some of the intake manifold bolts double as mounting points for certain accessories like wiring, alternator, coolant crossover, etc. Most of it can be dealt with without a problem.

The bolts are regular 3/8 standard bolts and they are not stressed. Why not just use the stock bolts or buy some at the local hardware store? Even Home Depot will have grade 5 or grade 8 bolts.
