The car you posted looked to be a serious track car.
This however, is mine.

Accelerate the air moving under the car helping create down force basically.

7-10 degree angle on the fins with the outer most fins being larger is typically the norm. With the outer fins larger you are forcing the air to take a direct path through the center of the diffuser, preventing turbulence if the air would escape through the sides

On a PRODUCTION CAR like a Ferrari Enzo, ZR1, ect. they work with the full underbody belly pan to redirect air to avoid excessive aero drag under the car and have venturi tunnels to create a venturi effect which increases downforce not unlike Formula one cars. On a camaro with NO full belly pan or hundreds of hours of factory wind tunnel testing....it probably isn't doing much. If you read the link I posted with that first camaro, the guy said this was his 6th attempt at this and all the rest of his prototypes actually slowed the car down.

Venturi tunnel designs are over rated, the Hennessy Viper manages 255mph and the factory ACR model manage just fine with a flat belly pan, diffuser and rear spoiler.

Just another reason to jack the price of an exotic car up is all they do.

Same reason why Nascar still uses truck arm rear suspension Sticking to its old roots.

I don't mean to be a dick but why did you put the fins on there? the fins are to reduce turbulance, i get that. BUT you have a whole lot of other stuff hanging lower then the fins themself

I didn't put them on there as they were on there when I bought the car. It was set up for the mile, so that is why he did it that way. It has a matching splitter(about 1" off of the ground in the front).

At the rear of the car the carbon diffuser is actually the lowest part of the car at the back section!

What are those things stuck to the t-tops and how fast did it go in the mile?

They were required to go 200(they are rails to direct air as well). The car only went for some licensing runs before the previous owner blew it up. Goal with it was 200 MPH...
