Default Looking for picture of rear diffusor.

Hey guys a while back I saw a picture in this section of a black LT1 camaro, with black Z06s (IIRC), he had a black diffusor on the back. Picture was shot from a rear 3/4s view on the driver side, anyone have it?

Looked similar to this one but the blades were real long and hung low to the ground and it was all black.

Took about 5 secs to find these pics.....why would you want to ricer up a nice camaro like that Put a supra wing on it and you will be ready for the next Fast and Furious movie IMO, looks tacky and tunerish....I wouldn't put it on a 4th gen unless you are doing standing mile racing where triple digit speeds requiring great aerodynamics.

I made this rear flat bottom a few months ago. I did'nt bother putting the verticles on it because I was'nt looking for maximum downforce. I just wanted to clean the air up exitting the rear. This is my dd also.

May as well get yourself some rubber molding to make side skirts out of, some chicken wire to stuff in the grills, HVAC vents for glue on scoops and some wood to make a park bench spoiler with while you are at home depot getting the stuff to make this abortion. Oh yeah, don't forget the PVC pipe and black spray paint for the "roll cage" to really finish off the fake race car look.

Or, just leave the "aero" mods for the guys who have $ to pay for wind tunnel time.

Some of the cars I have worked on have went to a wind tunnel. You don't need a wind tunnel to improve your aero although it is more presise and repeatable. I worked on ALMS cars for years.

If your tryin to get rid of the lil wiggle a 4th gen has when passing at higher speeds Do Eibach Pro Kit or Sportlines & new Bilsteins or adjustable shocks & struts Just my 2 cents Do the whole damn suspension before ya try the fast & furious look LOL

You guys need to stop being so pissy about what the dude wants to do with his car. It'd also help to read up on some aerodynamics 101 too. There's a reason people do this.

DO IT! Except put some custom venturi tunnels in it to further increase downforce and cover the entire undercarriage in sheet metal to enable the car to theoretically drive upside down at speeds over 160mph like a Saleen S7

The real question at hand here is if the OP is doing this for looks or actual aerodynamic functionality....I think the bare metal one posted above actually looks damn good. It's the huge fins/blades/rudders/canards whatever you call them that kill the look IMO.

The diffuser fins actually serve a purpose.

I'm starting to suspect that the pic of the abomination I posted is of your car
