Knocking around an idea, what you guys think?
I do know guys that drive their cars everywhere on race gas but that is besides the point. The coolest part about a turbo is you can change the boost on the fly. You can make a hell of a lot more power on race gas (or corn) than pump and meth. I think the carb would be a major impediment to taking advantage of that flexibility though. I have seen guys making close to 1200 wheel with a combo like you are talking about, thru super sloppy 1/8 mile stalls and 9" rears. That in a 2900 lb car would be some real fun!
