LT1 surging, running rough...HELP

LT1 surging, running rough...HELP Hopefully someone here can help me diagnose the prob with my car.
94 Trans Am, 102,000, A4, CAI, stock otherwise.Not throwing codes, Problem happens only in closed loop, Warmer it gets, worse it gets. Runs really rich, smokes black under acceleration, sputters, RPM's jump around. Hooked up DATAMASTER, getting 15 degrees of spark retard at acceleration.
Here is what I've done:
New o2 sensors
New ECT sensor
New IAC valve
New EGR valve
New EGR solenoid valve including vaccum fittings.
New pcv hose and ccv hose
Cleaned MAF sensor
New Fuel Filter
MAF unplugged doesnt help.
swapped in different TPS sensor and doesnt help.
Checked all vacuum lines, No vacuum leaks.
Plugged vacuum line from EVAP solenoid valve to throotle body to hopefully rule out vacuum leak from charcoal canister......No change.
Any suggestions would help. Thanks a lot

that was on my to do list. I noticed i have major spark plug wire arcing so I'm going to change plug/ wires and see what happens on Datamaster. Do you remember what you torqued the KS to?? I read thats pretty important.
