It dose get a little over done but the LTX was the race shop block not the other two versions of the engine as well. I did have him mock me up a cool LT1 stroker emblem a while ago. Never got around to buying them due to problems with the car lol. He does good work though. Seen several of them in person. They are customizable and I think he quoted me like 150 for 3 of them during a group purchase on another forum awhile back.

Emblem pros make some killer emblems. There are a few others out there also.
Ive cnc custom billet emblems on a one off basis for people.
Always been doing the 3rdGen guys stuff.
Heres a example or two of stuff done for people.

LT1 emblem instead of LTX, but it's similar and on the front fender which you said you were considering. From emblempros.
