Default pig rich need help

any help is appreciated. Alright the car is a 1994 formula with 130,000 miles.
Recently i did a cam swap, added headers, new cap and rotor, edge stall converter,918 beehives with 1.6 rockers, gmmg catback, and 32lb fic injectors.
All the basics were done also(plugs, wires, ect) and the cat removed. However, the car runs way rich to the point i do not feel its safe for the motor. the car starts and runs fine but im getting smoke and raw fuel coming out the exhaust.
Ive replaced the fuel pressure regulator without change.
one more thing the car is still on the stock fuel pump and has a madz28 tune.

any tips

check the fuel pressure regulator. sometimes they leak thru the manifold reference line. only gonna push fuel thru when its running uless you have it on a separate switch

pull the rail off and prime the engine, see if one leaks... that would be the stuck injector.
