ok my tranny was fine the other day i spunn some and hit the rev limiter some not bad and cleaned my iac two but did not but a seal back in i used that white teflon to seal the threads now the car dose nto like to shift till like 4000rmp or when the tranny is heated up should i flush it and put new flued in it its got 190k on it god knows if its ever been cleaned

The correct nomenclature for a '93 automatic is 4L60.

From your post, it sounds like your problems started after messing around in the throttle body area. My first suspect would be a mis-adjusted or damaged TV cable.

well i have had it off be for and it was fine. you think i may have tug on it this time and moved something? any help is nice

It is possible the cable came off completely or it just got bent out of shape and isn't retracting all the way. The spring inside the trans isn't super strong to pull a bent cable back in.

well i pulled some on the cable slowlyand let it back in and did that about 2 or 3 times it seamed ok to day shifted fine
