700r4 ok my tranny was fine the other day i spunn some and hit the rev limiter some not bad and cleaned my iac two but did not but a seal back in i used that white teflon to seal the threads now the car dose nto like to shift till like 4000rmp or when the tranny is heated up should i flush it and put new flued in it its got 190k on it god knows if its ever been cleaned

The correct nomenclature for a '93 automatic is 4L60.
From your post, it sounds like your problems started after messing around in the throttle body area. My first suspect would be a mis-adjusted or damaged TV cable.
