Default Getting ready to start my build, need suggestions...

Well its about that time now i just needa make up my mind excactly what i wanna do. I have a 95 z vert the car has 121000 on it but i had the motor rebuilt at 101000 due to loaning it out prom night to my 16 year old nephew and it came back knocking. It does have a new crank and 1 new rod now. I changed the opti 3000 miles ago. With that said 4 now in leaving the bottom end alone. Im wanting to do either cam/head kit or cam only, leaning more towards cam/head kit. Its not a DD more like a weekend cruiser. Im looking for 350 to 400 rwhp. I dont wanna go plum crazy with the cam but im also not afraid to spin it 63-6400ish. Aint nothing gonna happen that aint already happenned lol. I will be ordering LTs tomorrow and stall as soon as i decide on a cam. So guys throw some cam/head combos out there that you think would work well for what im wanting. Thanks

AI 226/234 cam kit will get you over 360rwhp.
Throw in their 200cc head job and you will see over 400whp.
Get their intake manifold port job.

You can spend under 4000 for this. Email or call them.

Buy stuff that you won't have to buy again down the road. What I mean is get good headers and get a good stall. I see guys buying shorties or mids only to go out and get LT's a year later. Same with a stall. Go bigger and then you won't regret it later on. Go with a 3600-4000, they will still be tight enough to cruise with. If you get a 3200 you'll kick yourself in 6-months. Go with their 200cc kit on the heads. Plenty of guys are running them with success.

Thats actually the H/C package ive been looking at. If i do go that way i can get the heads for 1750 minus shipping and add the cam for 395. What else am i gonna need to put all this together besides RRs pushrods and gasket kit? Just trying to get an idea what im gonna be spending. Also im gona be needing some header bolts which ones seem to be the most popular?
