P1371 low res code

P1371 low res code I've done a little research and it seems the code points to the opti or the harness, car starts and runs fine but how long will my car stay operational? I wont be able to replace the opti till may and I need to drive it another 700ish miles?
Also how easy is it to replace the harness?

The harness is a piece of cake. Mine had the same issue. I replaced the harness first but I would still get the issue intermittently. I then replaced the harness and opti and so far no issues.
I cant say for sure that it was the Opti's fault but I feel like it was.

I didn't get that code until my car straight kept dying on me. Tried everything possible to fix it, ICM, Harness, Coil, in the end replaced the opti and it ran fine. Hope you are a lucky case and it's another component, that's the only code your getting? No other trouble signs?

I have a bunch of other codes left over from the longtube swap, but I noticed it yesterday after I drove through a few large puddles cause my idle started jumping around and dying. The car idles fine now though
