LT1 Fuel Pressure check?

LT1 Fuel Pressure check? is FP checked with vacumn line on or off and pluged.
I get 35 with vacumn hose connected and 42 off and pluged at idle
increases to 37 when driving and on gas

with the vacuum line it simulates WOT which should be around 40-45 and idle is can be up to something like 8 or something psi below this. I'd say your pressure looks good
