Default rocker arm torque

Hi. I am building a lt1 with AFR lt4 heads and a lt4 hot cam. I am also converting it to have a carb. I bought roller rockers and I don't know what the proper torque is. Can anyone help me out?

This is how you adjust rockers .. Our Rockers and roller rockers for us typically don't just torque down.. The studs do but not the rockers them self. This video features a ford but it's the exact same concept

Is adjusting with used pre-oiled lifters the same as dry?

Yes, watch 3rd video. Zero lash is zero lash.. Then 1/4 to 1/2 turn preload..
