My buddy brought his computer over to scan my car and found that the map sensor is seeing 4.7 volts when car is off. The tps sensor has intermitent high voltage. The car is wanting to see 3188 rpm for idle. The car ran fine when I pulled the motor. I got a mail order tune to start the car. Does this sound like computer issues or something else? I swapped the map and still same issue. Dumps fuel on startup and floods out.

 

4.7v would be about right with the car off.
your problem could be a number of things... did you mess with your TB or IAC valve?

TB is new. It is a prof. products 58mm. I looked at all the wires in that group. Maybe somewhere else?
