Here is the story I have a 96 m6 trains am with cc306 30lb injectors lt headers le1 lt4 ported heads and intake well my idle is not right it idles around 12 or 13 sometimes jumps around but when I drive the car down the road and pull back in the drive way it idles just fine 900 where the tune is set and also driving down the road seems to have a miss or sputters thinking the map sensor or connections could be back I dont have any codes beside the tps but changed it and it reads good change the iac yes I re learned it counts are right and new 02 sensors.

Who tuned it? How did they tune it? How long/when did the issue start?

It's probably in the tune unless you have an aftermarket TB; those are known to give idle issues. PCM for less mail order tunes are not ideal by any means, get a dyno tune...
