Default Installing X pipes over the axle

I can't seem to find my answer anywhere, although I know many have done this. Question is, to run dual pipes over the axle on passenger side, like the stock pipe, do I need to install a pan hard relocation bracket to create space? It looks like I would, but I also considered modifying the rear seat sheet metal to make space. Any other, preferably cheaper, ideas are very welcome! I've also seen them run over the axle on the driver side, but would they be in the path of axle travel since they have to be run between the pan hard bracket and axle? I'm not planning on running larger than 2.5" pipes; perhaps even 2.25" duals.

It can be done without a relocation bar in 2.5". It's tight though. One of the two pipes needed a little gentle massaging so it wouldn't hit going over large bumps but nothing that would hurt flow.

(ignore the upside down sway bar, a buddy put it on for me and I didn't catch it for a few days)

Heck yeah; I'm just concerned about the pipe being in the path of travel of the axle. You noticed any clearance issues?

That's great! I was planning on a set up very similar to that; I'm planning on running 2.25". Glad to see it can be done! Thanks for the feedback.

Man, thanks for the feedback! I'm trying to minimize the design time; I've got a lot of things to do next week. Hopefully installing my new 383 build, fabbing the exhaust, sfc, maybe rear end, if I can afford it! This will save me a lot of time!
