Which bolt is it, outside or inside?

Do you have headers or stock manifolds?

Any chance you can use the outside bolts? If not you'll probably need to pull the head and take it to a machine shop.

Then buy yourself a good set of bolt extractors.

I had that same bolt broken on my engine when I had the stock manifolds. Mine didn't leak with the stock exhaust gaskets and I was going to leave it that way till I could pull the head to fix it. I know it's not the best but maybe with new gaskets yours would seal up too using just the fwd bolt for #8 cyl.
I ended up getting headers and they don't use the outside bolts anyways so I left that broken bolt alone.
Maybe if you were thinking about getting headers now would be the time to do them.
