Default egr air hoses

im installing my race headers. what do i do with the egr/air hoses and air pump? block them off? completely take them out? kinda lost on this. my pcm is already tuned to not have them.

also what should i do with the extra belt length if i do take the pump out. thanks for your help

you take the egr out and they sell a cap/ plate for it. so you bolt that were the egr is and you take the smog pump out. and thats it. there is no belt or anything you take out. just take out and cap the egr and remove the smog pump and pipes/ hoses

^^Yup. I forget who exactly makes EGR block off plates but they come as a kit for like $20 or so. Air pump isn't belt driven so no need for that.

Throw away the AIR pump. You can probably keep the relay for the future incase you ever have to wire something like an electric water pump.
