At what point is a vacuum pump needed???

Ah I see now. It looks like from the pully configuration that the pump needs to be spun at a slower rpm than the balancer can offer. And since I have the Fluidampr balancer there would be no way to add that extra pulley.

the mandrel goes through the balancer and sits on the crank snout, kinda acts like the washer did without it, it should work with your damper...
