NEED HELP with some problems

Ok i shop just dropped in a low mile LT1 engine in my 94 z28. when i went to drive it today i noticed my clutch pedal shaking and when i try to start off in first the car was like shaking or sputtering...whatever it is it feels horrible and i was pretty pissed because before it was smooth....any thoughts maybe the fly wheel, clutch or something else....please help me out..if you have any questions please ask thanks guys im going back tomorrow!!

Its a 94 Z28 M6 T56 tranny so u know

I had a shop do a clutch for me once and experienced the same thing. Turns out the slave rod was not seated into the clutch fork cup properly.
