Default Which heads are better?

Im looking at two sets of heads, car is a daily driver, with an lt4 hotcam 40k mile bottom end but the heads are in need of a rebuild, but i figured while im there why not change them.
The first are brand new in bag lt4 heads, with 1.6rr, and i have the valve springs for the hot cam
the second are these

both want 500, not sure what would really be better, if i get the ported ones i dont have to get a new intake.

not knowing who ported the one set of heads makes me lean towards the lt4's you would also need to find a lt4 intake for the ports to line up properly.

If you can get new in bag LT4s for 500 bucks I would jump on them in a heartbeat. Run them as-is if you're tight for cash, and save up for a killer port job down the road.

Like stated, who knows the abilities of the guy who ported the other heads.
