lt1 rough idle will not rev
lt1 rough idle will not rev Lt1 i finally got running, the idle is real rough and fluctuates from 600-890 rpms, car is tuned for 825 though. The car revs to maybe about 1200 rpms with map unplugged 1500 rpm sometimes. I noticed a plug wire was touching a header so after the car cools off imma move it and see if theres any internal damage. Also gonna probably order otvc kit. Tryed with MAF unplugged and same thing, my spark advance verys from -20 some to 30 some, its tuned for 30 degrees of timing i believe though. No long term or short term fuel readings though also thinking could possibly be 02 sensors

o2 sensors are new
fuel pump, fuel filter new
plugs were fouled yesterday cleaned them up car starts right up now
any ideas?

just adjusted the valves yesterday there good car would rev before but wouldn't idle only thing i changed was the throttle body set screw which it no idles but doesn't rev, pulled off plug 6 wire and the boot was burnt and part of the wire rubber was burnt believe it could be salvagable for a little bit untill i get new wires
