need help (Something Clicking) i got a 94 z28 every once and a while when the car is hot or cold if u go to start the car everything comes on such like dash lights and the fuel pump primes....but the issue is it clicks once then u gotta turn key back and try a few more times then it starts...
its got a new battery and all connections are tight...
any ideas??

Sounds like the starter is going out. That click is probably the solenoid moving when you turn the key. Next time it does it, hit the starter with a wrench and see if it starts up after that.

yeah everything is tight and the vats is suppose to be disabled by pcmforless but the light seems to be how it always is... ya sometimes it clicks once for three times then it starts right up..
