Having 26 and 27 trouble code issues

Having 26 and 27 trouble code issues Well I scanned my 95 z28 and 26 and 27 come up. I checked both pigtails and both are getting 12v power so might it be a loose ground?
Or bad evap or EGR vacuum control solenoid? How to I further go about checking these issues?
