You can't delete it all together, that's your IAC housing and sensor. Idle air control, super important.
It's called a throttle body coolant bypass. All you have to do is take the hose off each end, and tee it together so it no longer runs through your TB. It does nothing but make your TB hotter, which is bad for performance obviously. GM did this for winter.
They sell kits for it, but don't waste your money. All you need is a plastic T fitting and a couple hose clamps. On my car I didn't even bother T'ing them together, I pulled the hoses off and just ran a longer one.
