93 lt1 timing chain

Ok dose anyone sell an up graded for the time chain on a 93 that dosent require swapping 1400 bucks and do I need it I'm only spining to 5800 rpms with a 100 shots

The OEM GM timing set is the best set out there for the spline drive opti. Use it with a oversize Cloyes crank gear if you want the chain tighter than GM sets it.
