knockin out of alternator?

knockin out of alternator? Question,I have a 94 camaro with a 383 stroker,140 amp alternator...earlyer late last year I replaced alternator and the knocking went away,haven't drivin the car for almost 7 months,drive it today any the knockin came back,am I just imagining things? Or do I need a stronger alternator? Or wht else could it possibly be? Car doesn't lose any power when I floor it all power is there,when I put car in reverse is when the knocing is continously,in drive its every couple seconds,in nutreal or park,its maybe once every 30 seconds..any ideas?

Hmm,anyway to be certain and a ay to check it? Cause the knock sounds like its coming from up top when I pop hood...in the area of alternator,pulleys.excuse my ignorance but when it comes to internally things I can't figure out.
Post a video of the problem being as specific as possible. Not very common for an alternator to "knock," especially since they are rude and always invite themselves over for dinner.
