injector dtc code anyone have any ideas with the issue on a lt1

Default injector dtc code anyone have any ideas with the issue on a lt1

ive checked my scan master and it threw a dtc of 18 its a injector cicruit issue....

does this mean one of the injectors are going bad??

the car runs fine i just noticed the code and need to kno how big of a issue this is?

Get an automotive stethoscope (one with a long probe NOT a flat disc) and with the engine running, place the probe on the body of each injector and listen for a tell-tale ticking - if one (or more) of the injectors don't tick - you may have found the issue; there's one more thing to check - the wiring going to the suspect injector. Disconnect the wiring from the injector and place an unpowered test lamp between the two pins, then with the engine running, look for light, no light = no signal (therefore wiring), light means the injector is (most likely) clogged. Remove it, then have it cleaned or replace it.
