Ya it seemed like common sense lol but I've been a mechanic for years and this car already goes against everything I know lol so just thought id check with someone more familiar with this motor.

And why does it seem to run so much smoother with maf unplugged. The car feels like new lol

I'm bookmarking that site they do have damn near everything...but no air dams

Alright so I can't find one anywhere so I got an idea please feel free to give your input or let me know if you've done this. Since I can't find an air dam anywhere I was gonna cut out the middle of the bumper where that chevy logo is and place a mesh grill painted black in its place, behind it get a office trash can and cut out the bottom and create an air tunnel instead of an air dam from below this should in my mind take air directly from the front and suck it directly to the radiator. PAinted all black it should be unnoticable and prevent the normal scraping from an air dam.

try your local junkyards....or make one from fiberglass.
