Default Need a cam, comments?

Considering all the mods in my sig, what would be a nice cam for me? I'm thinking about upgrading to a 250 nitrous shot and I would like peak power to be about 6000 instead of less than 5200. Here's some of the candidates:
224/236 duration, .605"/.622", 114lsa
233/242 duration, .569"/.576", 115lsa
239/248 duration, .577"/.600", 115lsa
I sent Combination an e-mail but I was wanting some suggestions from the peanut gallery.

your best bet is to use your flow numbers on your heads and build the cam from there. Your on the right direction with the higher lsa and nitrous

All are good choices, the lift numbers on the 224 are nice but I'd go with a bit higher duration on a 396...

What would a higher duration do?

Keeps the valves open longer = more power.

Strokers love lots of air

Has anyone swapped a cam themselves? I do a lot of my own stuff and am not worried about the actual install as I am removing the front bumper cover. Any way to swap it without removing the bumper cover? I thought about just putting some higher ratio rockers in and I would at least have more lift without the hassle. Comments?
