What would cause this?
So tore down my rebuild to try to find the problem to my oil burning. Everything looked good till I started turning the engine. Then I found this on all the cylinders.
So I would clean the oil off and turn the motor again to have this left behind. Its on all cylinders. Any ideas on what would cause this?

Looking at your past threads on the build, it looks like when you had the over-fueling issue you probably lost the ring seal on the new rebuild. Also make sure that your 2nd piston ring isn't inadvertently installed upside down, that would cause excessive oil consumption.

Seems I may have glazed the rings. Think I am going to break the car in on my stock obd1 ecu. I am also having the injector cleaned and flow tested before new break in. Tho I remember swapping to a obd1 ecu before with a obd1 knock sensor and we were still lean in my idle. So kinda hit and miss. Obd2 it smells rich but wideband is reading 16-18+:1 at wot. Kinda hit and miss. Hopefully its just the injectors.
