Asked about the crankshaft. The dealer does not know what kind it has and is against policy to contact the previous owner. So my question is can we figure this out? The car is .040 over and has 5.85 rods and 9.1 compression on stock cc heads. The pistons are inverted dome but there are no specs on cc.

Not without some serious work, no. You'd have to pull the oil pan to take a look at the crank AND the underside of the pistons at the bare minimum.
