Bell housing Engine Plate

I am in the process of putting in a clutch and bell housing.
I am guessing it goes engine plate, then the flywheel and so on.
Can anyone verify this?

Its not an engine plate mount, I can't think of what else to call it. Its what help protect the engine incase the clutch decides to hand grenade, which makes me think it should be installed first then the flywheel, clutch disc, pp, then bell housing.

Yes it does go how I thought.

Its called a midplate apparently.
