Do you need to run a new fuel regulator? A fuel pump is simple enough. Do a search for the "trap door" method of removing it. Id replace it with a walboro 255 direct fit. Get a standard knock sensor.

Since you'll be running a bigger crank, and I'm assuming a descently sized cam and of course headers, you'll def. want to invest in an LT4 knock sensor..The standard LT1 knock sensor will retard your timing..They are hard to find though now a days since they're discontinued.

AC Delco LT4 Knock sensor PN: 16214681

and for o2's just stick to either Bosch (what Im using, plus they invented the o2 sensor so cant go wrong with them lol) or delphi/ACdelco's as SoxXpupPeT suggested. And a walbro 255 should do you fine for a fuel pump. You also got bigger injectors right?

Be careful of buying knock off chinese walbro pumps..Buy it directly from Racetronix here just to be safe..

Yupp the Hotwire kit is from Racetronix. What it does is wire the pump directly to the alternator to give it like 13.5v.

Not to be too nit-picky lol but that would be the knock module, not to be confused by the knock sensor which is bolted in to the block, the module is located inside the pcm.

Also if I remember right I have heard about issues with the Bosch o2s not working the greatest in the lt1, maybe something to do with having long tubes. It was a bit ago that I was reading about o2s and it might be different now, but that's why I went with the ACDelcos when I got new ones a couple years ago. Maybe someone can chime in about this..

I would also run AC Delcos.

Bosch tend to not like LT1s.

Also yes the knock sensors are the same.
The module is what you change.
You can tune out false knock also, just be sure its really false knock and tune it out.

Sorry about the mis wording on the knock module lol..

I've been running bosch 02's on my motor for over a year now and I have longtubes and no cats,so just running primaries, but they've been great.
