No gas smell in the oil. I drove the car with just a mail order tune for a while and it was super rich on startup but after in warmed up it was fine. Now It seem like the car don't perform like it use to. Haven't got a time on it, but just by mashing on it a few times seem to loss some of its pep.
your cylinders are probably fine, old school engines using shittier steel, with a carb constantly washing down the cylinders still took a long time to mess the cylinders enough to lose power.
your o2 sensors are more than likely toast, or your Maf dirty, air filter junk, vacuum leak, etc
If you're really concerned do a leak down test. but i doubt that is really your problem.
