Check engine light, low oil ?

Check engine light, low oil ? So I have a check engine light on and low oil light on. It has been this way since at least my LT1 swap in car, disregard signature area that is not underway yet.
I just got my ecu tuned from madtuner, I was hoping that it would clear these. It did not. My car is stored for winter and I am prepping it since it is getting nicer out. I would like these gone and since it is not ready yet and probably wont be for at least a week. I do not have a scanner and wont be able to take it to any where, until I bring it out.
96 LT1 (engine, trans), 94 knock sensor. engine trans, full length headers, OR, 58mm tb, ported intakemani, deleted ac, and EGR. 02 ss rims and rear end.
Do any of you have any idea know what this could be? I know it is a long shot, but i figured to ask. before I stored and had it tuned, it drove fine, other than speedo being off 10mph, and same bad mpg. Does not leak engine oil.
