Default Trans cooler lines

So apparently my trans lines up and ran away from my car over the past 10 months, and GM does not make them anymore.

My question is could I just go and get brake line and try to re bend my own, or would it be safe to get some nipples and run rubber hose up to the radiator? Obviously if I used rubber hose it would be high pressure and rated for trans fluid use. Just want some imput as this is the only thing stopping me from getting my car started again.

GM never did make pre-bent replacement lines. They only sold the piping/fittings and you make them up. That is what you should do or get some at salvage or go braided.

Out of curiosity what would the braided setup run in cost? Already did the AN crossover tube conversion, might as well do more hidden shiny stuff lol.

When I did the braided trans line setup and 70274 cooler, it was right around $300 by the time I was done. Sure did look good though.
