Default 1997 Trans Am

Today I'm going to go look at a '97 Trans Am.
I was wondering what would be a good price for it.
It is listed for $4,200 with 145,xxx miles.

AC works, a bit of scratches on passenger door, mechanically everything is working, no cracks in the windows, T-tops don't leak, has some tears in the driver side seats, a4, and has a clean title.

Again, just wondering what a good price would be for it. Not looking to open the engine and modding it. Only thing I'm looking to do is a few bolt-ons and driving it to and from school.

Thanks ahead of time.

$4200 seems like a fair price, If its clean and nothing is wrong with it. It all depends on the condition really. Go through everything on the car, even under the car. With 145K miles, I have seen them go for as low as $1500, and as high as $7500 in Excellent condition.

id aim for like 3500 if you could. I paid 5500 for my z with 67k miles at the time almost 4 years ago. I find it crazy how high people have been trying to sell these cars latley.

Ever car I have ever owned we've gone through inside and out.

Thank you guys. I was thinking in the range of $3,500-$4,000. Just wanted some other opinions on the price.
