Default Car is running hot

Today like everyday that I work on my car (installing a MSD ignition coil) I was going to taco bell and ntoiced my tempeture gauge was reading 210! I normally run 185, what changed that my car randomly starts running hot? Dont know if it changes anything but ive been trying to get my AC to work (added freon) and tried it again . Dont know if it would mess with anything.

Could it be something with those grounds that connect to the ignition coil? Fans are not coming on, worked earlier today.

Despite the change in temperature that doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong. Stock fans (with stock programming) aren't designed to come on until 227 degrees. First thing I'd do is scan the PCM with the engine running and see what temp the PCM is seeing.
