extra lt1 motor what to do?
extra lt1 motor what to do? I have a all stock extra LT1 motor out of my old 97 z28 with T56 tranny. 138k miles still ran strong.
Anyway I wanna build this motor up more agressive than whats in my current Camaro. Im considering the A.I 200cc package but now for the bottom end what should I do? How many cubes? What type of rotating assembly. I would like to spin 7 k rpms to see good results from the 200cc package.
Keep in mind I do drive this car on the road but not very often at all and when I do its for short distances. Car is not my daily and doesnt see long trips. So street manora not so worried about.
I do wanna make this a budget type deal. No set price just something I dont wanna worry about breaking. Car will see a good amount of 1/4 mile track time.
Track goals? Running a moser 12 bolt with 4:10 gear and 15x10 wheels, wanting low 11s high 10s on motor if possible???
