DTC 33 rough idle in gear

DTC 33 rough idle in gear Car is 94 Formula A4 and throwing a DTC 33. Car is having rough idle while in gear only. Does this sound like an intake leak? What is good way to test for intake leaks? Carb cleaner?
MAP sensor is testing fine.
Oh also the only time the MAP kPa is above 80 is when the car is off... while its running it is down around 60-70.
Or could an exhaust leak at the flange cause this? Cause I'm 90% sure I have a leak at the flange
