throwing white smoke. head gaskets? went to clean the Camaro today and as im in the stall I notice a cloud of white smoke. low coolant light came on and it smells sweet. is that the tell tale sign of a bad head gasket? I haven't noticed any other drivability issues. idles fine holds decent oil pressure and hasn't over heated at all. thanks again- John
^^ This, Mine did the same thing. White smoke was the only sign along with low coolant in the rad. At start up it would poor white smoke and then stop once the temp came up and then it mostly resealed. When I took it apart the cylinders with the leaks (both rear cylinders) were steam cleaned. Looked like brand new parts.
