Default help loss of power lt1

Hello,
Ive got a 94 lt1... I was messing around one night doing a burn out and brodys well as I was done the car shut off and took a few,sec to start back up.. Ran fine but had a big loss of power.. so the next day I went out driven around still big loss of power but ran and drove fine for half the day.. Well on my way home this mustang wanted to play so I raced him did fine still had a power loss well I get home and pull into my alley and I started to hear a knocking noise so I shut it off and left it for a few days now.. This is where im lost I started it up the other day it high rev no nosie not like a rod idol down started making a nosie again.. Do u think I could of flouted a valve

hate to say it but prob some kind of bad mechanical failure. Gotta remember 94 was a long time ago. No matter how bad you wanna hope not ur probably gonna be tearing into that one.. Good luck tho!!!Chance to put some more back in than what came out!!!
