LT4s vs AFRs

LT4s vs AFRs Which heads are better and why? Including everything, cost, flow numbers, amount of meat for porting, weight, blahblah, anything you can think of. Which would be a better choice for an LT1 with an 306/847 cam?
Consider the trick flows too if you are gonna stroke it down the road and maybe put a bottle on it. The guys from Trick Flow have seen 300CFM with good port work and 280's are pretty easy with pretty decent port work. Just an FYI since you had said you hadn't heard too much good about them.
