Please help the car idling high

I have 97 camaro, just did a motor swap a week ago.
now the car is idling about 2000rpm. But when the car in complete stop is idling normal. Just when the car in motion. For example, when I'm about make a complete stop. I threw it to neutral and coast to the stop sign. The engine idling about 2000rpm till I did complete stop, and went to normal. What do you guys think is the problem? Just want to let you guys know that I changed to 58 mm tb from 52mm. Thank you.

put the 52 mm back on and see if the problem goes away.

After that check for vacuum leaks and your brake booster.
