my turn for 24x problems please look in got the harness in hooked up etc. got my pcm done by ion so vats is gone etc etc problem is no start. no fuel pump prime no starter engage. when I turn the key I get silence 
once people start chime'n in I'll post what I've try'd and what I hav'nt yet. most is in my sig but a refresher

With key on, the fuel pump should prime. If it does not, you need to begin there.
Verify ignition voltage on PCM BLUE, pin 19.
Verify battery voltage on PCM BLUE, pin 20 and 57.
Verify ground on PCM BLUE and RED, pin 1 and 40 of each connector.

ok got out there after work...breaktime for dinner so i'll post up what I have so far.
fuel pump will prime(jumped relay) but not when turning key on
ign volts key on pcm blue 19: nothing
batt volts pcm blue 20 & 57 : 12v
checked every ground I could fine and everyone lit up my test light
black3rd gen 1991 i'll double check them.
iknow the purple wire doesn't have 12v anytime, put a jumper on the wire to the starter and she spun. so something is not sending the 12v to the wire...ok I just went n jumped the starter relay and the starter turn over.so 12v will go from the relay to the starter so I have that hooked up rite.

ok lastnite did some more poking around, didn't check the fuel pump red7 to red9 yet will do that today...also could it be with the BCM? when the key is turned there is a audiable clicking under the steering column.
when i turn the key what tells the starter to turn? I can jump the relay at the front cornor and it will engage. so how does it get from the key to the relay? same thing for fuel pump.. key on no pump jump the relay at the same place pump starts working. did i wire something wrong in the harness? car started before so???
